Return & Exchange Policy
At March6teen, we pour our hearts into every piece we create. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges:
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at march6teen.co@gmail.com before sending it back. We’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued for the full selling price (excluding shipping costs and taxes) to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
- Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, and our customer service team will reach out to discuss the details.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached (if applicable).
- You must include the packaging slip with circled items that are being returned.
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items, bulk orders, fabric samples, or gift cards.
- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges.
- We do not charge for shipping on exchanges within the US.
- Customs fees and import taxes are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, including initial postage costs.
